Best Free Illustration Websites in 2026: 79 Sites, Each One Checked

Updated 13 October 2026. The best free illustration websites in 2026 are unDraw, ManyPixels, Open Peeps, Humaaans and Craftwork's free packs, and all five allow commercial use without a credit, though Craftwork's licence stops at teams of 20 people. If a link back is fine, Storyset, Ouch and Streamline come next, with hundreds of styles between them.

This month we opened every one of the 101 entries on last year's list, read their licence pages and took new screenshots wherever a bot check let us. We dropped 25 of them: sites that closed, went paid, had no licence we could read or repeated another entry. Another 30 changed or needed a correction, and three new sites made it in.

That leaves 79. Each entry says whether you need to give credit and flags anything that changed since last year, and when a site's own pages don't say, we tell you that too.

We should say who's writing. We run GetIllustrations, an illustration pack library, and we're on this list too. Our entries spell out the same things as everyone else's, credit rules included.

Which free illustration sites closed or changed in 2026

A year is a long time for a free site. Reshot closed in January, and several licences we called commercial last year turn out to be noncommercial or personal use only. The table covers every removal and the biggest corrections, and each entry below notes the smaller ones.

AI is behind a lot of the new rules. Four of the sites here now ban using their files to train AI models, and two AI generators don't license anything made on their free plans for commercial use.

Completely free illustration websites

Everything in this group costs nothing, and all but one site allow commercial use. Most don't even ask for a credit, but read the licence line under each one, because a few have added rules since last year.

The exception is Fresh Folk, which is free for noncommercial use only. Craftwork's new licence, behind three entries here, is the other one to read closely, because it stops at companies of 20 people.

1. unDraw

Katerina Limpitsouni's library is still where a lot of designers start. You pick a hex colour on the site and every illustration switches to it before you download, so a whole set matches your brand in one click.

• Licence: Free for commercial and personal projects. You can't redistribute the files as a pack, build a competing service, or use them to train AI.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: SaaS landing pages and onboarding screens
• What changed: The licence now bans using the files to train or test AI models. A paid unDraw Plus adds animated illustrations.

2. ManyPixels Gallery

ManyPixels sells a design subscription, and the gallery is the free side of the business. It holds more than 20,000 illustrations across five styles, Playstroke and Birdview among them.

• Licence: Free for commercial and personal use. No redistributing them as packs and no building a copy of ManyPixels.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Blogs and web apps that need a lot of scenes in one look

3. Open Peeps

Pablo Stanley's hand drawn people come as separate heads, bodies and faces you mix in Sketch, Figma or other tools. The site counts more than 584,000 possible combinations.

• Licence: CC0 public domain. Use them for anything, commercial included.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Characters with a loose, hand drawn feel

4. Humaaans

Also by Pablo Stanley, Humaaans is the flat, colourful sibling of Open Peeps. You build people from parts, swap outfits and poses, and drop them into simple scenes.

• Licence: CC0 public domain, commercial or personal.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Friendly product pages and onboarding flows

5. Open Doodles

A set of loose sketchy doodles of people reading, dancing, sitting and lying around. You can grab them as SVG, PNG or GIF.

• Licence: Free for commercial and personal use. The site says you don't need to credit anyone.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Empty states and casual, human touches in an interface

6. Sketchvalley

Hand drawn sketch style illustrations in SVG and PNG, plus a handful of small tools for converting and recolouring vectors. The homepage counts 389 illustrations while its own description says more than 1,000, so expect somewhere in between.

• Licence: Free for personal and commercial use. Don't resell the raw files or claim you drew them.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Editorial pieces and pages that want a pencil look

7. IllustrationKit

Free packs such as Yippy, Ven and Halo, each in its own consistent style, with colours you can change in SVG or PNG.

• Licence: Its own licence, not an open source one. Commercial use without credit is fine, but you can't sell or share the files themselves.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Small product sites that need one tidy set
• What changed: We used to call this open source. It's a custom licence, so we've corrected that.

8. Lukasz Adam Illustrations

A one person library of SVG illustrations and icon sets, roughly 140 items when we counted. The download asks for your email, which signs you up for news about new drawings.

• Licence: CC0, free for commercial and personal use.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Clean flat spot illustrations for websites
• What changed: Downloads now need an email address.

9. Mixkit Art

Envato's free side project includes a small gallery of art and illustrations from different creators. There's less here than elsewhere, and what's here leans artistic.

• Licence: Royalty free, usable in commercial projects, no sign up and no credit. The full licence text sits in a pop up we couldn't load, so read it before a big project.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Posters, social graphics and anything that wants a painterly look

10. Highlights.design

More than 100 hand drawn marks, the arrows, underlines, loops and sprinkles you add around a headline. You can download them or open them in Figma.

• Licence: CC0, for private and commercial use.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Decorating headlines and hero sections

11. illlustrations.co

Vijay Verma started this as a 100 day illustration challenge and kept going. The older packs are free, while newer illustrations and the scene builder are a mix of free and paid.

• Licence: The older packs marked CC0 are free for any use. Newer assets fall under a custom licence, updated September 2026.
• Credit needed: No, for the CC0 packs
• Best for: Playful startup sites and side projects
• What changed: We said MIT last year. The free packs are CC0, and only the older ones.

12. IRA Design

A builder from Creative Tim where you pick characters and objects, set the colours and export SVG, PNG or AI.

• Licence: MIT licence, for commercial or personal projects.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Gradient style illustrations for app landing pages

13. Charco Illustrations

Charco's free pack lives on Gumroad at a price of $0. The rest of the store is paid, so look for the free listing.

• Licence: The listing says you can use it in personal and commercial projects. We found no separate licence page.
• Credit needed: Not stated
• Best for: Bold, minimal people illustrations

14. Open Stickers by Craftwork

80 colourful sticker style illustrations in four themes, as SVG and PNG or straight into Figma.

• Licence: Free for commercial use under Craftwork's licence. Since 6 October 2026 that licence covers companies of up to 20 people and bans AI training.
• Credit needed: No, but appreciated
• Best for: Social posts and fun interface moments
• What changed: Craftwork's new licence caps free use at 20 person companies.

15. Craftwork free illustrations

Craftwork's catalogue has a free filter that turns up whole packs. Ultima alone has more than 750 free illustrations, and you'll also find Draw, Humpy, Scratches, a Stubborn constructor and an Error 404 set.

• Licence: Free packs use the same commercial licence as paid ones: client work is fine for teams of up to 20 people, with no reselling and no AI training.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Big free sets in a consistent style

16. On Fire by Craftwork

20 scenes in two styles from Craftwork, the studio behind Storytale. It's small, but the scenes are detailed and polished.

• Licence: The free scenes come under Craftwork's paid licence terms, so commercial and client work are fine for teams of up to 20, with no reselling or AI training.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Hero sections that need one strong scene
• What changed: Craftwork's new licence took effect on 6 October 2026.

17. Humanities Illustrations

35 hand drawn PNG illustrations from Humanities Studio. The base set is free on Gumroad, and an unlimited licence costs extra.

• Licence: Free for websites and apps if you link back to Humanities. The no credit licence is a paid add on.
• Credit needed: Yes
• Best for: Warm, human illustrations for a personal site or small app
• What changed: Last year we called it pay what you want. It's a free base set, and the licence without a credit costs extra.

18. Fresh Folk

Leni Kauffman's mix and match people and objects, 43 pieces you combine into scenes. Lovely work, but read the licence first.

• Licence: CC BY NC ND 4.0: free or by donation for personal and noncommercial use only, with credit and no edits.
• Credit needed: Yes
• Best for: Personal projects, school work and portfolios
• What changed: Last year we said commercial use was fine. It isn't: the licence is noncommercial only.

Free avatar and character makers

If you need profile pictures, placeholder users or a cast of characters, a generator saves a lot of time. Check the licence on these more carefully than usual, because a few of them say very little.

19. Avataaars

Pablo Stanley designed the avatar library, and this web generator puts it in your browser. You pick hair, eyes, clothes and colours and download the result.

• Best for: Placeholder users and team pages

20. Free Userpics by Craftwork

100 free userpics, each one in a circle and a square, as SVG, PNG or Figma.

• Licence: Craftwork's licence: commercial use for teams of up to 20 people, no reselling, no AI training.

21. Notion Style Avatar Creator by DrawKit

DrawKit's free Figma template turns out black and white avatars in the Notion style. The download link arrives by email.

• Licence: DrawKit's licence: commercial use, no credit needed, no AI training, no reselling.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Docs, wikis and Notion templates
• What changed: Corrected: last year's entry asked for a credit, and DrawKit's licence says you don't need one.

22. Playful Avatar Creator by DrawKit

The colourful sibling of the Notion template, also a Figma generator and also sent by email.

23. Humanist Avatars

Humanist Avatars gives away a pack of 30 diverse faces and sells packs of up to 1,000, in SVG, AI, Figma, Sketch and more.

24. AvaMaker

This browser avatar maker costs nothing and exports PNG and SVG. The tool works, but there's no licence page.

• Licence: Free to use. Commercial rights aren't stated anywhere we could find, so ask before using it in client work.
• Credit needed: Not stated
• Best for: Quick personal avatars

Freemium illustration sites with a real free tier

These sites earn their money from paid plans, and the free part is still worth using. The catch is usually a credit line or smaller files, so read the Credit needed line on each one.

25. GetIllustrations

This is our own site, so take this entry with that in mind. We keep 30 complete illustration packs free, 1,432 vectors in all, and each pack holds to a single style.

• Licence: Free packs are for personal and commercial projects as long as you add a visible credit to GetIllustrations. You need a free account to download. Paid packs and plans carry a commercial licence with no credit.
• Credit needed: Yes, on free packs
• Best for: Whole websites and apps in one consistent style

26. Ouch by Icons8

Icons8's illustration library, with 349 styles at the last count, from flat and 3D to hand drawn. It also has an AI generator now.

• Licence: Free use needs a link to icons8.com wherever you use the graphics. Paid plans drop the link, and files you download while subscribed stay yours.
• Credit needed: Yes, a link
• Best for: Finding a style match fast, when a link back is fine

27. Blush

Collections from many illustrators that you customise in the browser: poses, outfits, colours, backgrounds. Free gives you PNGs, and SVG comes with the paid plan.

• Licence: Free illustrations can go in commercial work without credit. No merch where the drawing is the product, no reselling.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Custom characters without opening Illustrator
• What changed: Blush's licence now says no credit is needed, even on free.

28. DrawKit

Free packs of 10 to 17 illustrations on the homepage, with a Pro plan for the rest. Some packs include Lottie animations.

• Licence: Commercial use for free and Pro assets without credit. No templates for sale, stock sites or AI training.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Small, polished sets for a landing page

29. Storyset by Freepik

Story style scenes in five looks that you can recolour and even animate in the browser, then download as SVG, PNG or an animated HTML file.

• Licence: Free, but you must credit Storyset every time. A Flaticon Premium subscription removes the credit.
• Credit needed: Yes
• Best for: Presentations and explainer pages where motion helps

30. Streamline

Streamline's main library has more than 30,000 illustrations, and 350 of them are free across 17 sets, including Bangalore, Brooklyn and Milano. You can try the free sets in the Figma plugin too, and Pro illustrations start at $19 a month.

• Licence: The free licence allows personal and commercial use, client work included, with a credit link to streamlinehq.com and up to 25 illustrations per project.
• Credit needed: Yes, a link
• Best for: Testing a big, consistent family before paying for it
• What changed: Checked in a real browser this year, after bot checks blocked our usual tools.

31. Magnific, formerly Freepik

Freepik now runs under the Magnific name, with an AI first pricing page and more than 250 million premium assets.

• Licence: Free content needs a credit. Paid plans remove it.
• Credit needed: Yes
• Best for: Huge variety when a credit line is acceptable
• What changed: Freepik has rebranded to Magnific.

32. Vecteezy

Vecteezy is a stock site with more than 60 million images, videos and vectors. Illustrations are only a slice of it.

• Licence: The free licence needs a credit and is meant for individuals on small projects. Pro removes the credit.
• Credit needed: Yes
• Best for: One off vectors for a small project

33. Absurd Design

Diana Valeanu's surreal, single artist illustrations, sold as a membership capped at 300 members. The free licence page is still up, though we couldn't find the free set on the current homepage.

• Licence: Free illustrations are for personal, educational and noncommercial use only, with an active credit link. Members get a commercial licence without credit.
• Credit needed: Yes
• Best for: Personal and editorial work with a strange, memorable look
• What changed: We had the free set down as fine for commercial work. Its licence rules out commercial and client use.

34. IconScout free illustrations

IconScout is a big paid marketplace with a free illustrations section and its own free Paper pack of 20 illustrations, in SVG and PNG.

• Licence: The IconScout Simple License allows commercial use without credit, but IconScout says some free downloads do need one, so check each file's page.
• Credit needed: Varies
• Best for: Finding a single scene in a specific style

35. Smash Illustrations by Craftwork

A free kit of more than 250 objects and characters with over 20 ready scenes, for Sketch and Figma.

• Licence: Free personal and commercial licence under Craftwork's terms: up to 20 person companies, no AI training.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Building your own scenes from parts

36. Control Illustrations by Craftwork

18 characters in three scenes and two styles. The PNGs are free, and the editable AI and SVG files are paid.

37. Doodle Ipsum

A placeholder doodle generator powered by Blush. Set a size and style and you get a hotlink or an embed code, like lorem ipsum for pictures.

• Licence: Blush's licence allows commercial use without credit, though it doesn't mention Doodle Ipsum by name.
• Credit needed: No, under Blush's licence
• Best for: Filling mockups while you wait for final art
• What changed: Last year we called it open source. It's a Blush product with no open source licence.

38. Adobe Stock free collection

Adobe Stock is a paid library, but it also has a free collection of photos, vectors and videos.

• Licence: Adobe says its free assets meet the same licence standard as the paid ones, which caps print runs at 500,000 and rules out products made for resale.
• Credit needed: Not stated
• Best for: Occasional vectors if you already live in Adobe apps
• What changed: We listed it as premium only last year.

39. UI Illustrations

Made by RoundIcons, our sister studio. It's mostly paid packs, with a free sample of 15 illustrations in AI, SVG, PNG and Sketch.

• Licence: The free sample is for personal and commercial use. Paid packs use a standard licence for up to 5 designers.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Trying the style before buying a UI pack
• What changed: Last year we guessed it was freemium. It's a premium library with a small free sample.

Paid illustration libraries to compare

These three charge for their files, and we've kept them for comparison. A paid library starts to make sense when a project needs more drawings in one style than any free set offers.

40. Storytale

Craftwork's subscription library has more than 6,000 vector, 3D and mockup assets, and it offers free illustrations too.

• Licence: Commercial use without credit, up to 60 downloads a month, and files you downloaded stay usable after you cancel.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Startups that want a big Craftwork style library

41. GetIllustrations All Access

Our own paid plans, so the same caveat applies. By default a yearly plan is one payment that doesn't renew, and it covers more than 450 packs with SVG, PNG, AI and Figma files.

More than 70 million vectors behind a subscription. The only free items are a vector and an image of the week.

AI illustration generators with a free plan

Every illustration in the GetIllustrations library begins with a human illustrator, and that matters to us more than anything else on this page. We still cover AI generators because people ask about them, and because the fine print on their free plans catches a lot of people out.

Two of these generators, Recraft and SVGmaker, don't license free output for commercial use at all. Read the licence line before anything you make goes in front of a client.

43. Adobe Firefly

Adobe's generator now sits inside a bigger studio with more than 30 partner models. You get free daily generations without a plan, and Adobe doesn't say how many.

• Licence: Adobe says output from its own Firefly models can be used commercially. Output from partner models needs its own check.
• Credit needed: Not stated
• Best for: Concept art and moodboards inside the Adobe world

44. Canva AI image generator

Canva's generator, formerly Magic Media. The free plan includes up to 20 AI uses, shared across its AI tools.

• Licence: Commercial use is allowed under Canva's terms, but you may not get exclusive rights to what it makes.
• Credit needed: Not stated
• Best for: Quick social graphics without leaving Canva

45. Leonardo AI

The free plan gives 150 tokens a day, and everything you make on it is public.

• Licence: Private generations and full ownership come with a paid plan. On the free plan Leonardo keeps rights over public images, though its help page says free images can still be used commercially.

• Best for: Exploring styles before you commit

46. Recraft

Recraft is known for vector output and style consistency. Its free plan is fine for trying it, and nothing more.

• Licence: Free plan images belong to Recraft, are shown publicly, and are not licensed for commercial use.
• Credit needed: Not allowed commercially
• Best for: Testing vector AI before paying
• What changed: Our 2025 entry allowed commercial use of free output. Recraft's pricing page says the opposite.

47. SVGmaker

Generates SVGs from prompts. Free accounts get 6 credits at sign up and 3 more a day, on the lower quality models.

• Licence: Free plan SVGs are for personal, noncommercial use only.

• Best for: Personal projects and experiments

48. Illustroke

Turns prompts into SVG illustrations in more than 40 styles. There's no automatic free plan, so you ask for a welcome code on social media, and after that it's one time token packs.

• Licence: Illustrations from your tokens can be used commercially and stay private to you.
• Credit needed: Not stated
• Best for: SVG output without a subscription

49. Lummi

An AI stock library of images, illustrations and 3D, built by people and AI together. Some items are marked Pro.

• Licence: Commercial use without credit. No reselling and no building a rival stock site.

Free 3D and isometric illustration libraries

A few good free 3D libraries are still around. Check the resolution before you download, because free often means small.

50. 3dicons

Vijay Verma's open source 3D icon renders, more than 1,400 of them, with a Figma file and plugin.

• Licence: CC0, for personal and commercial projects without credit.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Feature grids and app marketing

51. Shapefest

More than 100,000 abstract 3D renders made in Cinema 4D. Some packs are free at 512 pixels, and the full 3,000 pixel files cost money.

• Licence: Personal and commercial use, client work included. No reselling the renders as a library.
• Credit needed: Not stated
• Best for: Abstract backgrounds and hero art

52. Icograms

Icograms is an online editor for isometric maps and diagrams, with more than 5,000 icons and 1,000 templates.

• Licence: Free exports are watermarked, capped at 800 pixels and need a credit, and the pricing table marks commercial use as unavailable on the free plan. Pro removes all of that.
• Credit needed: Yes
• Best for: Trying isometric diagrams before you pay

53. IsometricMaps

RoundIcons, our sister studio, built this Illustrator kit of isometric map and room elements. There's a free set alongside the paid kit.

• Licence: The paid kit allows commercial use without credit for up to 5 users. The free set's terms weren't stated.

• Best for: Isometric city and office scenes in Illustrator

54. Spline community

Spline's community library of 3D scenes you can remix in the browser. It moved from the old library address on spline.design, which now shows a 404.

• Licence: Community scenes are CC BY 4.0, so credit the creator.

• Best for: Interactive 3D for landing pages
• What changed: New address, and the licence needs a credit.

Free animated and Lottie illustration sites

Motion makes an empty state feel finished. These are the places to find or make it, and two of them are tools more than libraries.

55. LottieFiles

The biggest library of Lottie animations, with more than 800,000 free and premium files. Most download as JSON or dotLottie.

• Licence: Free animations use the Lottie Simple License: commercial use is fine and credit is encouraged, not required.
• Credit needed: No, but encouraged

56. Lordicon

Animated icons rather than illustrations, 9,700 of them free, in Lottie, GIF, MP4 and more.

A tool for interactive animations that respond to clicks and state. The free plan gives you 3 collaborative files and unlimited personal ones.

58. SVGator

SVGator is an editor for animating SVGs. Free gives you unlimited static SVG exports, and animated exports need a paid plan.

• What changed: Animated exports are now paid only.

Huge free vector and stock libraries

These are the giant libraries. You'll find almost anything, and you'll also spend a while finding two drawings that look like they belong together.

59. Canva

Canva's free plan includes more than 4.7 million photos, videos, graphics and audio files, plus templates.

• Licence: We didn't read Canva's content licence this year, so check it for your use. Free exports are JPG, PNG and PDF.
• Credit needed: Not checked this year
• Best for: Social posts and quick marketing pieces

60. The Noun Project

The Noun Project holds more than 10 million icons in thousands of styles. Mostly icons, but plenty of them work as tiny illustrations.

• Licence: Free accounts download PNG and SVG with a credit to the creator. Noun Pro removes the credit.

• Best for: Simple pictograms and diagrams

Freepik's icon site, with more than 18 million icons and stickers.

62. Pixabay

About 1.19 million illustrations and 170,000 vectors alongside the photos.

• Licence: Free for commercial use without credit. You can't sell the files unchanged or use branded content on merch.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Free stock in a hurry

63. VectorIcons.net

No longer a directory of other people's icons. It's now its own marketplace of icons, illustrations, 3D and stickers, with free assets for account holders.

• Licence: Free assets come with a commercial licence and no credit, but the pricing table says terms vary, so check each file.
• Credit needed: Varies
• Best for: Mixed icon and illustration needs
• What changed: It changed from an aggregator into a marketplace.

Public domain, patterns and other useful free sites

The last group is a mix of public domain clipart, background and pattern generators, icon sets and a couple of directories. We got several of these wrong last year, so read each credit line closely.

64. Openclipart

The old public domain clipart site is back and active, with more than 186,000 pieces by over 8,000 artists.

• Licence: Everything is CC0, commercial use included. Files tagged pd_issue need a second look.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Classic clipart for print and education

65. Public Domain Vectors

This site has more than 70,000 public domain vectors in AI, EPS and SVG. Watch the ads, because some are Adobe Stock files that aren't free.

• Licence: CC0, so you can copy, edit and use them commercially.
• Credit needed: No
• Best for: Generic vector objects

66. ClipSafari

How to check an illustration licence before you use it

Most of the trouble with free illustrations comes from licences nobody read. It takes two minutes, and these are the five things to look for.

1. Can you use it commercially, and does that include work for a client?
2. Do you have to give credit, and where does it have to go? Some want a link on every page that uses the art.
3. Are there limits, such as company size, a number of illustrations per project or print runs? Craftwork stops at 20 people and Streamline at 25 free illustrations per project.
4. Can you edit it? Fresh Folk's licence doesn't allow changes at all.
5. What's banned? Reselling the files as a pack is banned almost everywhere, and AI training is now banned on several sites.

Screenshot the licence page on the day you download and keep it in the project folder. Licences change, as this year showed, and that screenshot records what you agreed to.

When a free illustration site stops being enough

Free sites work well for a landing page. The trouble shows up around the sixth screen, when the style you picked has no drawing of a refund or an error screen, and you start mixing two libraries that don't match.

Questions people ask about free illustration websites

Are there good free illustration websites for commercial use?

Yes, plenty. unDraw, ManyPixels, Open Peeps, Humaaans, Open Doodles and IllustrationKit all allow commercial use without a credit. Read the licence anyway, because rules like Craftwork's 20 person limit are easy to miss.

Which free illustration sites don't need attribution?

On this list, unDraw, ManyPixels, Open Peeps, Humaaans, Open Doodles, Sketchvalley, IllustrationKit, Lukasz Adam, Highlights, Blush, DrawKit and, for teams of up to 20, the Craftwork packs need no credit. Storyset, Ouch, Streamline, Vecteezy, Flaticon and our own free packs all require one.

What's the difference between free and freemium illustration sites?

A free site gives you everything under one licence. A freemium site gives you part of the library, often with a credit line, smaller files or fewer formats, and charges to remove those limits.

Can I use AI generated illustrations commercially for free?

It depends on the tool. Adobe says output from its own Firefly models can be used commercially, while Recraft and SVGmaker don't license free plan output for commercial use at all.

There's also copyright. The US Copyright Office's January 2025 report says material generated by AI from prompts alone can't be protected by copyright, so you may not be able to stop others copying it.

Should I download SVG or PNG illustrations?

Take the SVG whenever you can. It stays sharp at any size and you can change its colours in Figma, Illustrator or our free SVG color editor. PNG is fine for a fixed size image in a slide or a social post.

Can I use free illustrations on a client website?

Usually, yes, as long as the licence allows commercial use. Watch for the exceptions on this list: Fresh Folk and Absurd Design's free sets are noncommercial only, and Vector4Free and VectorStock's free files are personal use only. Icograms also marks commercial use as unavailable on its free plan.

Why don't free illustrations from different sites match?

Because different artists drew them, with different line weights, colours and faces. Pick one library per project, or one pack, and stick to it.
