What file formats are included? +

Each illustration pack includes SVG (vector), PNG (high-resolution), and AI (Adobe Illustrator) formats. SVG files are fully scalable and editable.

How do I download my purchase? +

After purchase, you'll receive a download link via email. You can also access your downloads from your account dashboard at any time.

Can I re-download my files? +

Yes! Your purchases are linked to your account and you can re-download them anytime from your dashboard.

What does the commercial license cover? +

Our commercial license allows you to use illustrations in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including websites, apps, presentations, and marketing materials.

Can I use illustrations for client projects? +

Yes! You can use illustrations in projects you create for clients. The license covers end products delivered to clients.

Can I use illustrations in products I sell? +

Yes! The Standard License permits incorporating illustrations into products for sale — themes, designs, websites, and other products. You cannot resell the raw assets. See our license agreement for details.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods through our secure payment processor, Paddle.

Do you offer refunds? +

Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

How does billing work? +

This is not a subscription — it does not auto-renew. You get 1-year paid access to download all our assets, or lifetime access to individually purchased packs and collections. You’ll be notified before expiry with a 50% renewal discount.

Can I change the colors? +

Absolutely! All SVG files are fully editable. You can change colors, remove elements, or modify illustrations using Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, or our free SVG Color Editor.

How do I resize illustrations? +

SVG files can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Simply resize them in your design tool or set the desired dimensions in your code.

Do you offer custom illustration work? +

Yes! We offer custom illustration services. Visit our Custom Designs page or contact us for a quote.

How do I create an account? +

Click the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner. You can register with your email address or sign in instantly with Google OAuth.

Can I sign in with Google? +

Yes! Google OAuth is fully supported. Click “Sign in with Google” on the login page to authenticate with your Google account — no separate password needed.

How do I reset my password? +

Go to the Login page and click “Forgot Password.” Enter your email and we’ll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

How does search work? +

Our search is powered by Meilisearch — a lightning-fast, typo-tolerant search engine. Start typing and you’ll see instant results across all illustration packs, icons, and collections.

Can I filter by style? +

Yes! You can filter illustrations by style — including Flat, Outline, 3D, Isometric, Hand-drawn, and more. Use the style filters on the browse page to narrow your results.

How do I browse by category? +

Use the Categories menu in the main navigation to browse illustrations organized by topic — such as Business, Technology, Healthcare, Education, and many more.

How do I get API access? +

API access is available to All Access members. Generate your API key from your account dashboard and refer to our API documentation to get started.

What can the API do? +

The API lets you search, browse, and download illustrations programmatically. Integrate illustrations directly into your apps, design tools, or automated workflows.

What are the rate limits? +

Standard accounts are limited to 60 requests per minute. Enterprise plans offer higher rate limits — contact us for details.

What is MCP? +

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets AI assistants access and use illustrations directly. Your AI tools can search, browse, and insert illustrations without leaving your workflow. Learn more in our MCP documentation.

Which AI clients are supported? +

MCP works with Claude Desktop, VS Code, Cursor, and any other client that supports the Model Context Protocol. The list of supported clients is growing rapidly.

Is MCP access free? +

Yes! MCP access is included with your account at no extra cost. You just need an API key from your dashboard to connect your AI client.

What are collections? +

Collections are curated, themed groups of illustrations drawn from multiple packs. They’re designed to give you a cohesive set of visuals for a specific topic or use case. Browse all collections here.

How are collections different from packs? +

Packs are created by one artist in a single style. Collections span multiple styles and artists, bringing together the best illustrations around a theme — giving you more variety in one place.

Are collections included in All Access? +

Yes! All collections are included with your All Access membership. You can also purchase individual collections separately.

Can I use illustrations in React/Vue/Angular? +

Yes! SVG files work natively in any modern framework — React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, and more. Import them as components or use them as image sources.

Do you have a Figma plugin? +

Yes! Our Figma plugin lets you search and insert illustrations directly into your Figma designs without leaving the editor.

What browsers are supported? +
